Hi there! Thanks for coming to my corner of the internet. I'm Hannah (the charming pack rat "Finder" behind Finder's Flea!)

I started Finder's Flea when I decided that some of my ever-growing collection of gorgeous thrifted & vintage finds and fabric & craft supplies needed a new home.

I'm an avid thrifter, craft, and sewist. I adore "creating something out of nothing" and repurposing old things in new ways.

For nearly a decade, I was the quintessential "big city gal" at the beginning of a cheesy TV movie who needs to "return to her roots." My happy ending just happened to be managing a craft store and starting my own business rather than refurbishing some small town bookshop or bakery!

Crafting is in my DNA. Both of my grandfathers were talented woodworkers and both of my grandmothers were professional seamstresses, so I got bit by the "DIY Bug" at a VERY young age.

Therefore, when I needed a change of pace from my corporate marketing job in Philly, I moved back home to Central PA and worked at JOANN (R.I.P.) for about 3 years.

After an appropriate mourning period, I realized you can take a girl out of the craft store, but you can't take the craft store out of the girl! So, I traded my JOANN green apron for a Michaels red smock. My favorite part of the job was always helping customers, so I'm thrilled to be the customer experience manager.

I've also realized that you can take the girl out of corporate marketing, but you can't take the corporate marketing out of the girl. Just as crafting is in my DNA, so is marketing!
